PARTICULARITY OF REGISTRATION COPYRIGHT OBJECTS: ON EXAMPLE CITY

economic attracts more and more attention for provision the intellectual
forming in development of production power. Existing in world economic tendentions
for informatization all spheres of public life find the refraction in national productive forces due to facts and principles of the
realization agriculture activity in economic, individuality of the territorial
organization region's economic. Today objects of the intellectual property, the
order of their creation, keeping and use become new and actual in economic. The Positive experience of the working with intellectual property,
including coming over negative aspects, adjustment cooperation with
international organizations, entering the world system, is already accumulated
on border millennium and can be generalised on separate branches.
According to new civil
legislation scientific literature is related to one type of intellectual
property objects, which are protected as copyrights of their creators nowadays.
The main element in the technology of protection are
considered actions for registrations of the copyright, adjacent rights, transmission
of the rights from author to other persons. The general order of the transmission
of the rights from author to other persons, on the grounds of which it is possible
to make economic calculations is provided by the
legislation. Different regional factors of the economic activity will influence
on the process on each stage of the registration, keeping and use of the
copyrights on object. In this article the economic model of the

of the copyright on objects of the intellectual property is explained by
specialities of the regions economic - naturally-geographical, historical,
social-economical, national and political factor. High potential and low real
investment of the region causes the appearance of the interest to use objects.
The tendency to reduce traditional production of the defense branches and the
use of the tourist potential predestine the choice of an
objects for registration on the copyrights. The study of the statistics
of the registration of the copyrights (in region, on characteristic of the objects)
is also important.
There base of the model is
the account of expenditure - Wi for making separate actions (the stage,
step, section) on registration of the copyright. These are: choice (creation)
of the object - W1, information searching - W2, analysis of the prototypes – W3, co-ordination the terms of protection of
the right between coauthor – W4, registration material carriers (the
applications for registration, the object of the copyright, agreement on transmission
of the copyrights) – W5, undertaking obligatory pays – W6. These actions make the professional consultant - a person who has
reliable reputation. The types of the expenditure partly reflect the regional
particularities of the economic and are unknown beforehand. However size of the
